At On Board we aim to get your
product to you on time.
We have 4 Pick & Place machines. Our flagship is the
latest Versatronic Q Placer, plus 3 Versatronic RV4S machines to keep job
change over times to a minimum. The machines can take BGA's to 0402's.
This gives a total capability of
10,000 placements/hour with up to
400 different components!!!
Our two reflow ovens are both from
SMT. An IR 10" belt width was the first oven, the latest being a computer controlled, forced air
convection with 17" belt width provides plenty of heat in the
winter - Oh, incidentally it processes assemblies quickly too !!!
